- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus more for topping)
- 9 Halloween Oreos
- 1/4 cup Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles.
- Using a cookie scoop, flatten dough in your palm, place an Oreo in the center, wrap the dough around it, and roll into a ball.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are golden. Top with extra chocolate chips if desired before cooling on a rack.
