Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 450°F.
- Slice zucchini lengthwise into even strips using a sharp knife or mandoline.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Toss zucchini strips in the marinade until fully coated.
- Place the coated zucchini on the grill using tongs and reserve any remaining marinade.
- Grill for about 10 minutes on one side until charred, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender but firm.
- Transfer to a platter, drizzle with reserved marinade, and top with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil before serving.
