- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a glass measuring cup, whisk together tahini, parsley, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a freezer bag and pour in marinade. Seal tightly and massage into the chicken; refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400-425°F). Clean and oil grill grates.
- Grill marinated chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
