Ingredients
- 20 oz beef steak (sirloin or ribeye recommended)
- 8 oz mushrooms (washed and air-dried)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Trim and cut the steak into 1.5-inch cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place steak in a ziplock bag, add marinade, seal, and refrigerate for one hour.
- While marinating, wash and air-dry mushrooms.
- After one hour, add mushrooms to the marinade in the bag and refrigerate for another hour.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Thread steak and mushrooms onto skewers.
- Grill kabobs for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness.
- Let rest briefly before serving.
