Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (425°F).
- Microwave potatoes for about 3 minutes until slightly tender; slice.
- Prepare four double-lined foil sheets; layer potatoes, corn, sausage, and shrimp on each.
- Melt butter with lemon juice, thyme, and garlic; drizzle over contents of each packet.
- Season with Old Bay seasoning; seal packets tightly.
- Grill packets for 12-15 minutes until shrimp are pink and potatoes are tender.
