Ingredients
- 2 large ripe peaches (halved)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Honey (to drizzle)
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the inside of peach halves generously with oil.
- Place peach halves cut side down on the grill. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes until you see grill marks.
- Carefully flip the peaches using tongs and grill for another 3-4 minutes until warm and soft.
- Remove from the grill, sprinkle with cinnamon, drizzle with honey, and top with vanilla ice cream before serving.
