- 4 ripe peaches (halved and pitted)

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Brush peach halves with olive oil and grill cut-side down for 3-4 minutes until marked and softened. Remove from heat and slice into wedges.
- In a bowl or jar, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens with grilled peach wedges, blueberries, feta cheese (if using), and nuts.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently before serving.
