Instructions
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and place in a Ziploc bag or bowl.
- In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour marinade over chicken and coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill kabobs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Serve warm with tzatziki sauce and optional garnishes like feta cheese and parsley.
