Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour blend, xanthan gum (if needed), baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
- Stir in milk, oil, eggs (or aquafaba), and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold in diced apples.
- Heat oil in a skillet to 360–375°F (80–90°C).
- Scoop batter into hot oil and fry until each fritter is golden brown on both sides.
- Cool on a wire rack before glazing.
