Instructions
- Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain any excess grease.
- Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Rotel tomatoes (with juices) and simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Mix in butter, heavy cream, and beef broth; simmer gently until thickened.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Toss cooked pasta into the skillet until well coated; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
