- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in this marinade.
- On a large baking sheet, spread halved baby potatoes and drizzle with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Place marinated chicken on top of the potatoes.
- Roast for 20 minutes; then add trimmed green beans tossed in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Return to the oven and roast for an additional 20 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and potatoes are fork-tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
