Ingredients
- 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (1 inch thick)
- ½ cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 18 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and allow steaks to reach room temperature.
- Cook tortellini in boiling salted water until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, melt half the butter over medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 4-5 minutes per side for desired doneness.
- Remove steaks; add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant.
- In another pot, combine heavy cream with Parmesan and mozzarella over low heat until melted. Stir in cooked tortellini until well-coated.
- Serve plated steak with tortellini on the side, drizzled with garlic butter and garnished with parsley.
