- 1 cup Long-Grain White Rice (uncooked)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)

- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Push beef aside and add minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in onion powder and Cajun seasoning to coat the beef evenly.
- Mix in uncooked rice and beef broth; bring to a gentle boil.
- Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until rice is cooked and liquid absorbed.
- Remove from heat and fold in shredded cheddar and grated parmesan until melted.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary before serving.
