- 8 ounces linguine pasta

- 5–6 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook linguine according to package directions until al dente.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in halved tomatoes and Italian seasoning, cooking until softened (about 4-5 minutes).
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted (1-2 minutes).
- Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of cooking water. Combine drained pasta with the sauce in the skillet, adding reserved water and parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired, serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
