Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook linguine according to package directions until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in halved tomatoes and Italian seasoning, cooking until softened (about 4-5 minutes).
  4. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted (1-2 minutes).
  5. Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of cooking water. Combine drained pasta with the sauce in the skillet, adding reserved water and parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.
