Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth; set aside.
- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.

- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.

- Scoop batter onto baking sheet spaced apart.
