- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)
- 1 tsp agar-agar
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic, ginger, and green onions.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil and brown the ground beef for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, and sprinkle in agar-agar. Simmer for a few minutes until combined.
- Just before serving, mix in sliced green onions.
- Serve hot over cauliflower rice or alongside roasted vegetables.
