- 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the steak by slicing it thinly and combining it with soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 3. Stir-fry bell peppers and carrots in a hot skillet with oil until tender but still crunchy (about 5 minutes).
- 4. Add marinated steak to the skillet and cook until browned (about 3-4 minutes).
- 5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice for the spicy cream sauce.
- 6. Assemble each bowl by layering rice, steak, stir-fried veggies, and drizzling with sauce.
