Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Coat chicken breasts thoroughly and marinate in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Get your grill heated to medium-high (400°F/200°C).
- Place marinated chicken on the grill, cooking each side for about 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Let the chicken rest for five minutes before serving. Drizzle generously with Alabama white sauce.
