- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber (grated)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 4 pieces naan bread
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and oregano for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake marinated chicken on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare tzatziki by mixing grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Slice cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and spread tzatziki over naan.
- Top naan with sliced chicken and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Bake assembled naan pizzas for an additional 5-10 minutes until heated through.
