Instructions

- Gradually add baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, and flour; mix until smooth. Fold in sprinkles.
- Press dough evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-28 minutes until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.
