Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Cream together softened butter and brown sugar using a stand mixer or hand mixer. Mix in the egg and vanilla until smooth. Add pudding mix, baking soda, and salt; combine well.
- Add Flour and Mix Ins: Gradually add flour while mixing on low speed. Fold in sprinkles and M&Ms gently.
- Chill the Dough: Scoop two tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place chilled dough balls about 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges start to brown.
- Cool: Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
