Instructions

- Husk the corn thoroughly, removing silk.
- Place each ear on the baking sheet, slather with softened butter, and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven, add more butter if desired, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
