Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, chopped basil, shredded zucchini, mozzarella cheese, pesto, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into walnut-sized meatballs.
- Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat with a little olive oil. Add the meatballs and cover with a lid.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes before carefully flipping the meatballs to brown all sides. Ensure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
