Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain the sauerkraut using a mesh strainer to remove excess moisture.
- Grease a nonstick casserole dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Layer half of the corned beef in the dish, followed by sauerkraut and diced pickles.
- Spread half of the Russian dressing and add one-third of Swiss cheese on top.
- Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove foil and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
