Instructions

- Let the batter rest for a few minutes to improve texture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat; melt butter to coat the pan.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet; swirl to cover evenly.
- Cook until bubbles form and edges lift; flip and cook for an additional 20-30 seconds.
- Repeat with remaining batter, adding butter as needed.
