- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 1/2 cups whole strawberries
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press half into the pan.
- Puree whole strawberries in a blender until smooth; set aside.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar; add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and pureed strawberries.
- Fold in whipped cream gently; then fold in diced strawberries.
- Spread filling over the crust evenly and top with reserved graham cracker mixture.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
