Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil with garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add chicken, onion, and zucchini to the marinade and toss until well coated; let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Spread the marinated mixture evenly in a baking dish and bake uncovered for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
