- 24 oz frozen potato and cheese pierogies
- 12 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- Spray the inside of a crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half of the frozen pierogies at the bottom.
- Add half of the sliced kielbasa, followed by half of the diced onions and minced garlic.
- Repeat layering with the remaining pierogies, kielbasa, onions, and garlic.
- In a bowl, whisk together sour cream and vegetable broth until smooth; pour evenly over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until heated through and bubbly. Add shredded cheese just before serving.
