- 36 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- White candy melts (or white chocolate)
- Pink candy melts (optional for decoration)
- Mini marshmallows (for tails)
- Pink sprinkles or edible pearls (for nose)
- Edible candy eyes
- Bunny ear sprinkles or cut marshmallows
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined tray. Freeze for 15–20 mins.
- Melt the white candy melts. Dip each ball to coat, then set on parchment paper.
- Decorate:
- Stick on candy eyes, nose, and marshmallow tail while still wet.
- Add bunny ears on top.
- Let them set completely at room temp or in the fridge.

- Color Options: You can tint white candy melts with food coloring to create pastel pink, purple, or yellow bunnies.
- Make-Ahead Friendly: These store well in the fridge for up to 5 days or can be frozen for up to a month.
