Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (full-fat)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives (finely chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight for maximum flavor.

- 3. Grill the Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill. Cook each side for about 6-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- 4. Make the Alabama White Sauce: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt & pepper until smooth. Stir in chopped parsley and chives.
- 5. Rest Before Serving: Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes to retain juices.
- 6. Serve It Up: Slice or serve whole with Alabama white sauce drizzled over top.
