- 1 box brownie mix (18.3 oz)
- 2 pints of your choice of ice cream
- 1 cup fudge sauce (heated)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with water, oil, and eggs as directed on the package. Mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean (about 25 minutes). Allow cooling completely.
- Once cooled, cut brownies horizontally if desired and layer with one pint of softened ice cream. Freeze for an hour.
- Add another pint of ice cream on top and freeze again for an hour.
- Drizzle warmed fudge sauce over the top layer before serving.
