Instructions
- 1. Prepare the ingredients: Slice beef against the grain and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Marinate the beef: In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic; let marinate for 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat the pan: In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add sesame oil once shimmering.
- 4. Cook the beef: Add marinated beef strips in batches; sear until browned (about 3-5 minutes). Remove from pan.
- 5. Stir-fry the veggies: Toss broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots into the same pan; stir-fry for about three minutes until crisp.
- 6. Combine and serve: Return beef to the pan with any remaining marinade; stir until heated through. Serve hot.
