- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined; fold in chocolate chips and half of the salted caramel sauce.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Let cool slightly before transferring to a plate; drizzle remaining salted caramel on top.
