Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Gradually add flour, salt, and baking powder; mix until just combined.
- Scoop out cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each ball slightly to create space for filling.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes until edges are lightly golden; let cool before serving.
