Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil in a large bowl until well coated.
- Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese; mix until evenly seasoned.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs and remaining Parmesan over the mixture; toss to coat thoroughly.
- Spread the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with marinara or ranch dip.
