- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts in the butter mixture until well coated.
- Add panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese; toss again until evenly mixed.
- Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer, cut-side down.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender and golden brown.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan.
