- 6 strips turkey bacon
- 2 large chicken breasts
- Flour (for dredging)

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Cut turkey bacon into small pieces and fry in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove turkey bacon and leave some fat in the pan.
- Slice chicken breasts in half and season with garlic powder and pepper. Lightly coat with flour.
- Cook the chicken in the skillet until golden brown on both sides; remove once done.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth, lemon juice, and butter; let simmer until reduced by half.
- Stir in heavy cream and return chicken and turkey bacon to the pan. Cook together until heated through.
