  • 12 oz small pasta noodles
  • 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
  • 12 oz thick-cut Turkey Bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. While pasta cooks, prepare other ingredients: thaw peas, cook and chop Turkey Bacon, and grate parmesan cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until combined.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, peas, Turkey Bacon, and parmesan cheese. Pour the dressing over the top and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
