  • 2 tbsp butter (for sauce)
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the rotini pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun spices and sear until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Stir in heavy cream, milk, cream cheese, and Velveeta until smooth.
