Instructions

- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant and translucent (about 3 minutes).
- Pour in tomato sauce and beef broth; sprinkle in dried herbs and sugar. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in elbow macaroni, cooking until al dente (approximately 8 minutes), stirring occasionally.
- Once pasta reaches desired texture, turn off heat and let sit for a minute or two to absorb flavors.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
