- 1/2 pound turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4–1/3 cup white sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons white vinegar
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, red onion, raisins, sunflower seeds, and turkey bacon.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar until smooth. Pour over the salad mixture and stir until well combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give the salad a good stir and garnish with fresh parsley.
