Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually combine the dry mixture with the wet ingredients until just blended.
- Mix filling ingredients in a small bowl.
- Spread half of the dough on parchment paper, sprinkle with filling, then roll it up tightly.
- Slice into rounds and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
