Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the shrimp.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with a pinch of salt, and one with shredded coconut and panko breadcrumbs.
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dredge each shrimp in flour, dip in egg, and roll in the coconut-breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the shrimp in batches for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
