  • 12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sear steak tips for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Season with Cajun seasoning and spices. Remove from skillet.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet; sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add heavy cream and milk; mix in cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Toss cooked pasta with sauce; top with seared steak tips before serving.
