Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and coat them with the spice mixture; add lemon juice and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Grill each side for 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl for the Alabama white sauce. Chill for 15-20 minutes before serving.
