- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook seasoned chicken for 6–7 minutes until browned.
- Boil linguine in salted water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant; add chicken broth and scrape up bits from the pan.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Toss cooked linguine into the sauce along with Parmesan cheese and return the chicken to combine everything well.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
