- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine salt, chili powder, smoked paprika, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Pat each chicken thigh dry with paper towels and coat evenly with the spice mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the seasoned thighs skin-side down in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 12–14 minutes until fully cooked.
- Toss the cooked thighs in buffalo sauce or drizzle it on top before serving.
