- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- More basil leaves (for garnish)
- Red pepper flakes
- Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
Instructions
- Dice Roma tomatoes and mix with chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt; let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Blend feta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
- Layer the cheese mixture in a serving dish and top with the marinated tomato mixture. Garnish with additional basil and Parmesan.
