Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a non-stick baking dish with cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, water, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Arrange seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
