Ingredients
- 1½ cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup nonfat milk (or milk alternative)
- 3 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh kiwi, sliced
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, nonfat milk, honey, and chia seeds. Mix until smooth.
- Arrange sliced blueberries, kiwi, and strawberries in popsicle molds.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into the molds over the arranged fruit.
- Insert wooden sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Once frozen solid, remove the popsicles from molds by running warm water over the outside if needed. Enjoy!
