Ingredients

  • 1½ cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup nonfat milk (or milk alternative)
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Fresh kiwi, sliced
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, nonfat milk, honey, and chia seeds. Mix until smooth.
  2. Arrange sliced blueberries, kiwi, and strawberries in popsicle molds.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into the molds over the arranged fruit.
  4. Insert wooden sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. Once frozen solid, remove the popsicles from molds by running warm water over the outside if needed. Enjoy!
